In the spirit of building that relationship, we’d like to share with you a bit about us and why our “roots” position us to uniquely be of service to you.
Our firm’s name Hadar (from the Hebrew הַדַר) means Splendor/Beauty and is often used in ritualistic context as in to beautify. My husband and I built this firm from the ground up without any support, all while working full-time jobs and growing our family.
Life has no limitations, except the ones you make.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I am a third-generation Home Improvement professional. I fell in love with interior design ever since I watched my Dad, a General Contractor, create blueprints and perspective drawings by hand. He would walk me through the techniques and meaning of what he worked on. I went on to attend Stern College in NYC and entered a joint program for interior design with FIT.
After graduating, my husband and I realized our desire to create a life that would support both our passions and our growing family. With modern advancements in technology and my husband by my side (often working late nights to meet a deadline or strategizing together over early morning cups of coffee), Hadar Interiors was born.
Everyone strives for 'work-life balance'. With constant improvements in technology, it is now possible to provide both high-quality work remotely, and to achieve what we like to call, 'life-life balance'. Our design firm was founded based on the belief that we are all in a better position to be of service and do our best work when we are most fulfilled.
